Boat refuelling facilities are now in place at Queenstown Marina

10th March 2020

RD Petroleum has installed fuel dispensers at the Queenstown Marina. Boaties can now fuel up with Diesel, 91, and 98 Supreme at the self-service pumps. It’s part of the Lake Wakatipu $20 million marina project at Sugar Lane in Frankton.

There are two RDP fuelling pumps located on the breakwater. They are self-service pumps that marina users can use on either side of the breakwater to refuel. The general public can also fuel their vessels on the outside of the floating attenuator.

A world-class facility, the Lake Marina Project, located on the shores of Lake Wakatipu, will cater to and accommodate locals and international boating enthusiast. When fully complete, there will be 187 floating berths, 17 floating sheds, four other structures, a breakwater and a car park. The project is 70% completed with phase one of the project currently for lease.
