Established in 2005, RD Petroleum is a joint venture between BP Oil New Zealand Limited and Dunedin-based Wilson Holdings Limited. That partnership gives our customers certainty of supply and backup capacity during fuel shortages, an assurance that becomes critical when a delayed delivery can cost an entire season's work.
Scale across the South Island
We market and distribute bulk fuel, lubricants, AdBlue® and petroleum products across the commercial, rural, transport, marine, aviation and residential sectors.
With a fleet of 50 tankers operating from Nelson, the West Coast, Christchurch, Timaru, Dunedin and Invercargill, we distribute approximately 500 million litres of ground, air and marine fuel throughout the South Island each year.
